Any way to prevent pregnant townie give birth?

I have google it , they say pregnant townie still give birth by them self.
You will get a notification say that the baby is born.

 

Is there any way/MOD to stop pregnant townie give birth?
I just want pregnant townie keep their big belly forever.

 

I know MCCC can pause pregnancy progress , but I have to check townies by myself,

wait for their belly become big then pause it, that's too annoying...

I have an idea. 

 

There is a Roommate mod that prevents your roommate from giving birth while living there. 

 

Also, when the sim is about to give birth it can only go to the hospital alone, if you choose more sims in the selection, it can't give birth...
