Good load order for sexual gameplay?

I know the game is still very early in its lifespan, but what is the best load order currently for sexual gameplay in its current state?

Returning to this game after 5 or so months. What mods are everyone running here?

The game was just updated and it broke a few mods.   Start with carnalitas.

But check the posts of the submods to see if they have been updated.

 

Also there are still a few broken commands in carnalitas (speficically same sex concubines.)

 

The timing is a bit off to set up a load order.. but that's the one you should start with.
