How can i extract fallout 4 texture file from .ba2 file

i wanna convert some mods to skyrim, but i find some issues for getting .dds file

the dds files are compressed in a .ba2 file and i use BAE to extract them. The texture files are nothing but black only.

I also tried Fallout 4 Tools but the texture files are all messed up........
