[SEARCH] OG Armor mod(and its modification)

Hey fellas, I am in search of the original mod,since I only got this conversion in my F04 mods folder. Ill attach the said modification here....also incase you are not trusting towards random files posted by random people here is a picture from said modification, maybe you can recognize it without looking into zip itself. Obviously cant make the sliders in cbbe so your guidance towards the mod will be appreciated.
