Tummy Bulges with Armor on?

I made a new modlist, I am using a buncha outfits that I want on my character but I still want her to get tummy bulges when in sex scenes. Her tummy works as long as shes not wearing any kind of chestpiece but I want it to always happen, even if she is wearing armor. Is there a way for this to work?

It will be different for each armor, the armor needs to support whatever physics or morphs you're using to get the bulges.
