Borderlands 3 Moxxi Nude Mod?

Came across this screenshot on reddit. Does anyone know where I can get this mod? I tried searching online but couldn't. Maybe it's a private mod.

Well... it's either a really well-done edit, or it's a mod that hasn't been released yet. I am also very interested in it though, hopefully it is a mod.

I traced the image back to it's source and sadly it's not a mod, but a really well done Photoshop job. Sorry.

For real? I thought there was more information on a different thread with the maker of the mod that was talking about rendering the mesh model to work and I also saw the same exact picture but was invisible around the belly area with moxxi in her bar. The picture he sent was pretty convincing (not the one showed in this thread, but a different picture). I might be wrong though.
