I thought there was more information on a different thread with the maker of the mod that was talking about rendering the mesh model to work and I also saw the same exact picture but was invisible around the belly area with moxxi in her bar. The picture he sent was pretty convincing (not the one showed in this thread, but a different picture). I might be wrong though.
