Still on birth control

My sim is not actively taking birth control but the pregnancy info shows that she's still on it. I removed the on the pill buff, tried fertility treatment, changed the pregnancy mode, removed the pills from her inventory and disabled the automatic use. Also removed all her active buffs with the MC command center. Any idea how to fix this?

Try deleting your localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 game folder. When things go wonky in my game, it helps quite often. It's a good habit to delete it once in a while anyway just to refresh things.
