In the file you downloaded, there will be a folder called Mods and the TRAY files below that folder. The 5 loose files go into your "My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray" folder. All the files in the mods folder in the archive, go into the Mods folder in your "My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods" folder.
