Holy hell! I was scouring LL and Nexus typing in “BDSM”, “Restraint”, “Slave” etc. No wonder Its in a generically named mod pack. Thank you so much!

Go to the console and type

 

help "pillory" 4

 

You will see two ID numbers. (It is probably the second you want, but you can try both.) Then type

 

placeatme [ID]

 

Your pillory will arrive a short distance away, but tilted at a strange angle. If you are in a settlement, you can type V to bring up the build menu. Then highlight the crooked pillory and type E to move it where you want.
