Is there a mod in which you can play as a submissive female character?

For CK3, it looks like the only mods that add sub/dom mechanics are the submissive partners mod and regula magestri, and it seems like both are for playing the dominant in those relationships.

 

However, CK2 has a more in-depth modding scene, being much older, and if you want to play submissive female characters, there's no better mod than Cheri's Tentacled Dreams. There's a huge amount of content to let a submissive woman serve her tentacle overlords! But ofc you'd need CK2 and to be ok with tentacles...

Uhhh, you can chose to be a submissive in the character creator menu, but I'm not sure there are any events
