Help me to find this mod that adds "pleasure" room in barracks/windhelm requires a key to open

cant find anything that adds "pleasure rooms" in skyrim/windhelm so far... wtf i cant even use "unlock" command. the door has its own loading/box so i cant get details with free cam.

 

tried to search with add item... but couldnt find the right key there... is this maybe a unfinished project ?
