Animation Speed

Yo ^^ Just wanna ask, if is there any option to speed up the animation (for example: Zaz Pack or base Skyrim Animation) in creation kit or by different way, than convert it to Blender/Maya/etc..  speed up it there and convert it back. If it is and if you show me how to do it, I would be grateful to you. Thanks ☺️
