Joleg Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Hi there! I could not find a solution for this by searching online and I have done everything I can think of in terms of fixing it. Essentially, all sexlab animations and such work great... For everyone except my own character. She takes around 5 seconds to remove one piece of armor/equipment when a scene starts, then 10 seconds to teleport to the scene, then another 5 or so before it starts. However, it only starts for the NPC. She just stands there, continuing to slowly get undressed while the NPCs go wild. I reproduced the issue and have logs if required, both sexlab debug and papyrus. Have been trying to fix this for the past 6 hours, so now I just give up. Modlist is sorted by LOOT, mods installed by MO2, have prodded the savefile using Fallrim to remove old scripts that may have caused it to act slower. The file is new, made a couple of days ago and has only been the subject of minor additions and edits in terms of mods, nothing huge either.

gregathit Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 What is your FNIS output? Once you run FNIS, just copy then paste the output window here. Looks like you may have too many animations installed as perhaps part of the problem (according to the pap log). Remember, that with MO you have do to some special dances to run FNIS. If you don't know how to do that, just google up youtube videos on how to install and run FNIS with MO. Make sure you do the right search for MO or MO2. I never used MO, so I don't know if it is different than MO2 (which is what I use). The FNIS output should hopefully show us some issues.

It shows animation counts, skeleton used and other helpful bug hunting info. Also, make sure you have run LOOT on your load order and started a new game. Generally out of order mods won't cause crashes, but they can screw up the functionality of mods.

They look like duplicates: +SOS No Futanari AddOn +SOS Futanari I realize you posted your mod list and not your actual load order, so some things may be overwriting others and that is normal. But it is worthwhile to triple check that you don't have anything that conflicts or things that double up. For example you have CBBE 3BBB and also CBBE - Curvy Sofia Body. One is overwriting the other.

The Futanari is the futanari addon, and the "No futanari" is an invisible futanari item. I think that, after seeing the options in SoS that it may be redundant, however.

Where it shows the skeleton and path of skyrim install (FNIS version number and Sexlab version and so on).

On my main save I also realised that sexlab romance is not working. After the whole "Excuse me miss, may I have a word?" or whatever, the dialogue won't progress.

Did you have OSEX or a mod that had the PC do an immersive type strip instead of the automatic strip that Sexlab does? Also, you have the settings on automatic for sex and not on manual (have to hit the space key)?

For instance, I noticed Romance does essentially what another mod does etc.
gregathit Posted February 6, 2021 Posted February 6, 2021 Do just that, pair down any that look to do the same thing. Just remove mods one or two at a time until the game functions the way it should. No need to burn the ships or do anything radical. Just pull out anything that you can live without.

Just pull out romance and anything else that looks to do the same thing and see if that returns your game to stability and full functionality. If it doesn't, then pull one more mod that you can live without until you feel like everything is working. Once you reach the point that everything is working then your done. Unless you find another mod you can't live without.............?

Also, remember to run FNIS after installing or uninstalling mods. Again, make small adjustments. That way you can recover quickly without having to waste a huge amount of time.
