Question about Nemesis and Sexlab creature animations

Recommended Posts

I have recently switched to Nemesis from FNIS. I did some research beforehand and learned that creature animations are not supported by Nemesis. I accepted this and uninstalled all my SL creature mods. I'm currently creating a character and going through all my MCMs, and Sexlab is telling me in the "rebuild and clean" tab that creature animations are installed and accounted for. What does this mean? Has Nemesis recently come to support creature animations? All the posts I could find on the subject are almost a year old. Did I uninstall FNIS incorrectly? Is this liable to mess with my game, or is this normal?

sexlab itself has creature animations and it checks it's scripts for errors. but without FNIS the animations won't load.

Makes sense. Thank you for answering.

If I keep the FNIS Creature animations mod that FNIS dropped into my mods folder, does that count as loading them, letting creature animations work?

my understanding is that people run FNIS first, then they run the wannabe over top of it.

I tried this guide but my animations wouldn't work. What i did was what was in the guide, but i set up different animation packs "mostly creatures" for FNIS and then disabled them and enabled human animations and ran Nemesis. Mod order and plugin order look fine i guess but i'm sure to be doing something wrong, just not sure what. One of the things i'm unsure about is that i ran zaz's through nemesis.
