"Sorry, you don't have permission"

Hi there,

 

since a few weeks, I get this message for a few mods, like the Sims4 Community Library and several others, where I don't seem to have permission to access. But I have downloaded older versions before... any clue how to fix that?

I read something about joining a club, which I did, but it's still popping up.
