Hiding devious devices without using the device hider?

Hi folks,

 

I'm looking at soon adding Mortal Weapons and Armor to my mod stack, but I am aware of an incompatibility between this mod and the device hider function in Devious Devices. Based on initial testing, some of the normally hidden devious devices are very intrusive and immersion breaking (chastity bras are one of the big offenders). So I was planning on going in and adding the relevant slots to the vanilla Armor Addon records for the various armor/clothing/whatever that would hide the devices. Normally, this would prevent those items from appearing (for example, adding slot 52 to hide SOS meshes).

 

However, with devious devices it seems that this doesn't work. The chastity bra, for example, still shows up and clips through the torso. 

 

Am I missing something that I need to do in order to achieve this outcome?
