Scrab Posted January 20, 2021 Posted January 20, 2021 For how long did you sleep in one go? The Fatigue regeneration is exponential. Only sleeping for 1 or 2 hours isnt affecting the debuff whatsoever, being bound also reduces regeneration. Try sleeping for 10h straight

I got it down to "sleepy" and -15 debuff, then slept again for a few hours and it actually went back up to -30 again. But I didn't sleep a lot before I noticed the debuff the first time, so I guess I already accumulated too much fatigue for 8 hours of sleep to matter?

If you havent slept for a long Fatigue was probably capped out so: Sleeping for 6 hours only regenerates ~10% Sleeping for 8 hours regenerates ~25% To regenerate 100% youd have to sleep for 13 hours straight
