How can I get the texture from TMC files?

 download a mod and it has only TMC files and TMCL files

then import to blender, select UV editing and choose a part of the mod and I get something like this

thank you for your help, I think maybe its about these two tools

 

 

i download the oldest version andthe latest version and choose install add-on from file

but nothing happened

im using blender 2.79, is it just my blender too old or what i have done wrong?..

those aren't add-ons, they are tools, with the apropiate tool, you can extract the models from the game and then extract all the textures and body parts of such model, this includes mods.

 

Look for a tool named LR Photo Studio, leran how to use it, with  that tool, you can view and extract things like textures, then in blender you have to know how to import and view such textures to your models.
