Skyrim - 1st Person Animation - How to?

I am getting more and more routine in 3rd person animation. I also want some 1st person anims in my mod. But I cannot find a tutorial, just fragments. I have read that there is something different with the cameras but don't know what.

 

I am looking for some information:

 

- how to make them (or what are the differences to 3rd person 3ds max with havok?)

- what are the conditions to make them usable in game?
