How to turn off collision for an actor?

I am working on some adult animations. The collision detection prevents the sex partner from getting too close. So I want to switch the collision off during the sex scene. I need to do this with papyrus similar to the console command TCL.

 

The questions is:

How do I turn off collision for an actor via script?

To turn it off collisions you use the command "tcl" in the console when nothing is selected to turn it off for yourself. For NPCs just select the NPC and type it in.

Ark of Truth: I know tcl, but you cannot use console commands in a papyrus script.
