Hi, i have been learning Blender lately to the point I could say my mesh models can be decent enough that I can make some fetish items for Skyrim modding.
Except i dont know how to convert them from Blender/OBJ etc files over to nifskope where I have to apply those little script things or even nodes etc
Can anybody please point me to a comprehensive tutorial video or article on how to do so? I'v searched Youtube vids and most only taught how to import world objects like statues etc but not actual armor. Hopefully more updated ones like for Blender 2.8

I've read somewhere that there is no nif plugin for the current version of Blender, although that can also be old information already.

Personally I'm doing it by exporting it to .obj files and .png textures. Then converting the textures to .dds with GIMP2. Importing the .obj in BodySlide, copy the bone weights from some other mesh which has similar proportions and then setting the texture paths in NifSkope.

I can also lend you a hand with that and the papyrus scripting if you want. I'm lacking the skill to create 3d models, but I'm pretty good at the technical part and I'm always happy to help get more fetish items into Skyrim.

hi thank you I will try your method as well I hope I get it right :)

Anyways I made a quick basic model of a nipple clamp maybe you might be able to use it

.obj files don't carry textures, so I could only test the mesh. You either have to export textures manually or give me the .blend file. But here's a quick preview of the untextured mesh:

And a small tip: Use either "Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\ShapeData\CalienteBody\CalienteBody.nif" or "Data\CalienteTools\BodySlide\ShapeData\Unified UNP\UUNP.nif" as base when creating items in Blender. It's a lot easier that way around than trying to get them to align to the body afterwards. (you can export those to .obj in NifSkope and then import that into Blender)
