(Q) Is there a console command to turn on and off shadows?

What title says, i know how to turn on and off shadows in pref.ini but i wanna know is there a way to turn on and off shadows in game by console command or by anyother way... Sometime shadows ruin the photos and sometimes shadows are needes for certain screen shots. So if there's any way plz let me know. Thanks..

I far as I know there is no option to disable it from within the console.

He doesn't want to remove it completely, only be able to toggle it on and off at will.

Can do the same thing with this "Kinda" if you are using NMM or some other manager.

 

You just back up the original ini file, install the mod, change what needs to be done in the ini, do what you need to do then remove the mod and switche the edited ini with the original.

 

It's a lot of work but it's the only way to do it I've been looking there is no known console command for shadows.

 

Edit: besides removing the shadows gives a nice FPS boost.

yeah i change the shadow settings from the pref.ini file to remove it then when i want to have shadows i simply delete the changed ini file and paste the original one. But yes as Keera said its some work to do not a lot but enough to irritate lolz..
