Xeo equivalent?

I just started playing NV (was playing Oblivion) and was wondering if there is an equivalent/alternative that's similar to Xeo from oblivion (that less realistic anime type of look) If not, can anyone point me at a nice face texture?

they exist, but not in english as far as i know, so if you are willing to dedicate ALOT of time renaming things in the esp files and navigating a chinese website using google chromes translate, there are 2 good options that i know of.

 

http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-1919537-1-1.html  this one requires you to download some decent sized rescource packs, like oblivions mbp, then if you dig up the plugin for it, it will replace all the npcs and their outfits with things from the plugins. its all on that site, but really scatterbrained until you get the hang of navigating a machine translated site

 

http://bbs.3dmgame.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1930738&page=1  this one is basicly the same deal, just different rescources, but its probably the easier of the 2 to download because its pretty much an all in one instead of a rescource hunt, just ignore most of the plugins that come with it and just use the "all females beautification" plugin and whatever masters it requires out of the pack, but again either way your looking at a few hours of renaming/editing in nvedit unless you want names in chinese in game.

There's the Shojo race, but I don't know if it affects males.

The RCP Elves on NV Nexus looks great. I'm using it right now and I'm very satisfied with my character. More diversity for the presets and hair selection would make it even better. Still, it's as close to the XEO as far as I'm concerned. The XEO race for NV doesn't look like the XEO race for Oblivion.
