Modders, how to get SexLab Defeat SSE to work with Inpa Sekiro Combat?

To me, these mods sound like a great combo but I can't seem to get Defeat to work with Inpa Sekiro Combat. I'm pretty new to modding, and this would have been my first SexLabs mod so I think I may be doing something wrong? So, I know Sekiro changes how death works in the game, so I added 'Player Is Essential' to try and bypass the death screen and reset, but to no avail. I have all the prerequsites for each mod required as well as the Nemesis System ( Though I do hear that it doesn't have creature support, which may be causing it as well? However, I've only tested Defeat with humanoid enemies. )

Yeah, I don't think there is any compatibility. Pretty sad. Two awesome mods and I gotta get rid of one of them.
