now we (might) found the problem

the whole nvse part goes into your games directory where your falloutNV.exe is, not DATA

just open the archive from nvse, put that all in the new vegas mainfolder, and remeber to (re)install the updates needed for sexout from here:

Well after i RE-Copy and past the dll and application to my directory where my falloutNV.exe is it worked a little bit more. pretty strange cuz i copy and pasted those thing before. now i just have floting heads assuming that they are pregnate women and some animation starting to play now.

the floating heads are pretty sure pregnate bodys... install the Maternity Clothes

from there you will come across some links, its a little difficult at the beginng (i had some problems too in the beginning, but reading the FAQs in the forum again and again helped me out)
