Need Recommendations for Tattoo Creators in Sims 4

Can anyone give me recommendations for people who create custom tattoos in Sims 4 on request? I'm open to people on Patreon, here on LL, or elsewhere. I already use Overkill Simmer, for instance.

Tattoos are really easy to make. I had an interest in some custom tattoos also, but I just learned to do it myself. Having some experience in photoshop helped for sure but anyone could do it if motivated. Maybe I can help you out? What were you hoping for?

Thanks for the reply (and sorry for my own late response). I actually have some experience with making my own custom tattoos too, using GIMP (I don't have Photoshop), but they're never as good as the tattoos that "pros" make. I'm getting to the point where I'd like to actually draw or create my own tattoos (like whole body blackwork tattoos, for instance), as opposed to downloading images and converting them for cc, but I have no clue how I would actually do that.
