AGFeng Posted January 3, 2021 Posted January 3, 2021 I recently swapped up my load order to be a bit lighter and it seemed as if everything was fine, initializing properly etc When I loaded a preset in racemenu though, specifically a .nif headmorph, even touching anything in the cbbe bodymorph slider tab will kill skyrim, not resulting in a CTD but a hard freeze instead. The general .json presets in that tab are fine, it seems to only be upon loading a head morph. Has anyone else had this issue, or have an idea how it might be fixed?

Fotogen Posted August 21, 2021 Posted August 21, 2021 Head morph(nif) contains info about individual parts. Hair style, brows, etc... If you load a head morph and you don't have that head part installed(some custom hair), it can just crash. There can also be problems if its wrong race. Like you have Breton and you import head for High Elf. Race menu will also save info about all other body parts in that .json. So its not just "head". Solution: you are missing pre-reqs for a specific RM preset.
