Broken horse penis + infinity artifacts

I am experiencing the following, and I think they are related, but not sure how to fix

 

1. Horses' penises are broken (i.e. strange shapes) during animations

2. I get some strange infinity "connectors" between random NPCs and horses, like in the screenshots below

 

Any suggestions on how to fix?

If you have installed mods like Baka factory ABC, you should fix the problem by reinstalling XPMS (S) E, or re-install Baka Factory . Launch FNIS

It seems like a well-known HDT problem ( One cause is HDT hairstyles ). Generally it is resolved with Racemenualternative . From a more detailed analysis of the screen, it is noted that the woman has her breasts compressed against her chest . This is usually solved by reinstalling XPMS (S) E . Launch FNIS

That is not my character glitching, but a random female NPC introduced by Populated skyrim. Racemenu alternative is about the PC, not NPCs, right?

 

I have reinstalled XPMSE and rerun FNIS, I am now monitoring for artifacts. Thanks
