How do you assign sims to Services?

What is the cheat to assign a sim as a permanent bartender or a waitress etc? On my last game I made a restaurant and a bar (named Jiggles...) and added sims to homes, and the game added exactly these sims to work at the new places.

 

I wanna recreate this. How do I manually assign sims to services? Is there a thing in MCCC? I looked around in its settings but didn't see what I needed.

There's a separate mod, NPCC That you can set a specific job to each non played Sim. However, you cannot choose which lot they'll work at, or at least I couldn't figure out how, all Sims with the "Bartender" role will work at any bar in the world, though I might be missing something... Alternatively, you can make the household own the lot and use LittleMsSam's Auto Employee mod and give each member the relevant traits and they'll just work at that one lot. Good luck! xoxo

Do you know if they have to be homeless? Or just sims you're not using? Last time the game picked sims I created and added to homes.
