I'm sorry XD I didn't noticed my post <sorry for the image quality I just downloaded it> but you can see her face clearly right? ( she has the large eyes and cute face .. I have no idea on how to create one like that, I tried searching but failed , the pretty face mod that I installed has no big eyes unlike this one

It lets you edit every aspect of the characters head/face. Nose, lips, ears, eye, shape, size, rotation, everything. It's really great with what you can come up with.
