TURBODRIVER Posted December 19, 2020 Posted December 19, 2020 You can either disable undressing in sex via Sex Settings -> Sex Interaction -> Outfit Settings OR you can shift+click on a Sim and there will be an option to disable auto undressing for that specific Sim.
