How do I add a created animation/pose into an NPC using creation kit?

I know my way around blender and I want to insert an animation to an NPC. I know about the "run script", convert to hkx stuff. But I want these animations/poses to permanently be fixed to an NPC, like a statue or an automated robot. Any guides?

Another suggestion is to analyze some statue with Nifskope and try to replicate it on an NPC . By extending the various NiTriShape, there is nothing that can involve any kind of movement

Seems to be like the mannequins, what your trying to do; so have a look at them. I think you would make a new race, make that animation their mt_idle, then create a package for stay at editor location skip fallout. Set them as simple actor. 

 

That's just off the top of my head. I'd start off by looking at the mannequins.

 

Another way would be to add the animation as an idle marker (don't know how) then have the npc stand on that idle marker constantly with a package.

I'll be trying everything. I've been animating in Blender for a while and only decided today to make some animations for Skyrim. So I'm still getting the hang of CK, Nifskope etc. I got another problem incorporating animations the regular way (running script, convert), when I get to convert I end up with this;

[AllocateRAM_forNifBlock] ERROR: Cannot allocate memory from HEAP for NIF block !

Program terminated because of Errors !

I do not know how to fix it. Anybody? My PC has 16Gigs of RAM btw.

Duude your animations are great!!! Definitely did not expect to get an answer from you!

Anyway, yeah I read up on these. Yes it's similar to mannequins, I tried adding the mannequin script to an NPC, I'm still not 100% sure about everything on CK but I'm gonna keep at it.

I think your latter option seems simpler, there were some good tutorials on idle markers. I'm going to try that.

Happens when I try to convert to an hkx with Anton's Animation Tools. (I already completed the blender anim, ran the script and got zBoneKeys.txt... but you should know that when I ran the script Blender froze, but the zBoneKeys.txt was generated regardless.

Nvm figured it out!

I've made my first hkx file lol

How do you loop an animation forever? Is a script 100% necessary?

I made the animation cyclic (loops forever), idk how it would translate in Skyrim... but in case it didn't loop, how do I get an animation to loop?
