Custom armor conflict with Slavetats

Hello,

I've spent the past couple of days learning how to combine armor pieces and replace current armors in game with them. I finally got it to work exactly how I want, except for one issue: Slavetats acts kind of weird with it. When I load into the game, tattoos from the mod don't show up, but they're applied normally if I take the armor off of the NPCs. To further complicate the issue, the tattoos stay showing if I re-equip that armor to the NPC, but then disappear again if I restart the game or go through a big load zone.

I was wondering if anyone else has run into problems like this and/or know a solution. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Upon further testing, it seems that the issue only persists when starting the game. As soon as I go into a different loading zone, the problem solves itself. So the issue kind of solved itself, but I'd still appreciate it if anyone knows why the original loading issue occurs (as it still works as intended with other armors).

EDIT 2: I think I may have found a solution, so this is more or less for documentation's sake should anyone stumble across the same issue in the future. I've narrowed the problem down to two potential solutions, which I patched in a version of my own mod. (I'm not sure if it's one or the other or both, so I'll include them below)

     1. I misused the Armor Addons tab in CK. I didn't create a ___AA file in the tab the first time through, but I did the second time. To do this, I simply edited the existing form for the armor I wanted to replace, added in the female version .nif file, and then saved under a custom form. Then, when editing the model tab in the actual armor form, I used my custom ___AA model.

     2. I used the bodyslide shapedata .nif instead of the regular weight 1 .nif from the meshes folder. I, for whatever reason, elected to use the Bodyslide shapedata .nif file instead of the regular one, and I'm fairly certain that it was actually this mistake that led to the main issue.

I hope this is the end of my troubles, and I hope that someone other than me will find this helpful. Happy modding!
