NPC Pregnancy Test

I want an item that I can use to know how long a pregnant NPC has before they give birth. I know there's a pregnancy test but that's only for yourself. I want one to use on others if at all possible, at least on the NPC's. Not like they tell you how long they got, aside for your AI that tells you right when you impregnate someone or if you get pregnant.
