Costume textures help

hi i am new to this and i am simply looking to recolor costumes and hair as a starting point. problem is i cant seem to find the costume texture g1t files for an costumes hat were dlc. i have extracted the material editor file. and for example kasumi, i can only find the textures up to costume 11

are the DLC files stored in a different place to the base game costumes? i have extracted all the rdb file sin the game directory and cant find them. they must be there because when i play the game they are available to use...
