Does anyone know if there is a mod to give your character 3 breasts Total Recall style? Either 3 or more, just curious if that's even possible with the skeletons we have.

It isn't too difficult to add another branch of skeletal nodes to create a third.  (Basically just CnP a Breast node branch and paste it to Spine2, then rename the bones.)

 

Then you'd have to manually adjust any weighting for the third breast, which would probably need to be a separate mesh and would never quite look right.

 

So basically, yes doable, would take a couple hours to get it to look meh.  Would potentially take a lot of time to get it to look/move well.
