Racial interactions

Are there any mods that add sexlab interactions specific to different races? Like stormcloaks capturing and assaulting Altmer, Imperials, etc; Beast races having to "pay taxes" in order to be inside cities; Nords being captured and assaulted by thalmor

I know that the Thalmor often take Stormcloak poisoners in the vanilla game, but other than that i'd also like to know if such a mod exists.
