help on how to insert character presets

Hello everyone,
I'm new to the world of fallout 4 mods,
I wanted a hand on how to insert a character presets and how to add clothes and accessories to him (I also accept advice on mods to install).

Search for Bodyslide on Youtube. Fallout 4 & Skyrim are basically the same, so even if it says Skyrim, it'll work for Fallout 4.

Then grab BodySlide and play around. There are a bazillion presets to download, or you can make your own (super easy).

 

Oh, BTW, "Adult" mods are by no means for the novice. You need to have a very good handle on how to mod the game and diagnose/fix bugs before diving into the Adult mods.
