Can anybody take the tats off the body and place it on a single jpg file? I want to use it on Texblend

You can probably find those textures just by cropping them with MSpaint and running them through Google image search. Cause judging by their quality they where not custom made and are probably floating around the net. You might even find ones you'll like even better in the suggested possibilities.

I think not because I just converted the .dds file to a low quality .jpg file. (I'm not allowed to attach .dds files)
