SKSE and SSE not running thru MO2

So I've looked on many pages on how to fix an issue I have.
I'm trying to launch SKSE but it doesn't work, I have the game on a totally seperate drive than MO2 and possible UAC folders.
MO2 is on main drive but in a dedicated folder I made for it.

but still it doesn't work and I've been thinking about the reason. which might be Form 43 mods (from SSE downloads tho)
Here's the list of what are Form 43 (reason also could be that on specific mod requirements the pages were not pointing at SSE files but Oldrim instead)

Thats your issue

Setting up the game with Skyrim and MO2 being on 2 different drives is a bit tricky. There are guides for that I believe, look them up or just have everything on one single drive

From 43 doesnt have anything to do with it. The things From43 can do - based on theories that were never properly proved - is safe file corruption and "unpredictable bugs"  up to CTD but your issue is most likely that MO2 is having issues creating the VFS to begin with due to game and MO2 (+ mods?) being on different drives

Try start mo as administrator

It automatically starts up with administrator rights, a fix would be nice where I don't need to completely re-install everything

Can you start the game without any mods in MO2? Also make sure that your MO2 Command is pointing at the correct .exe

If you then still cant start Skyrim, I recommend reinstalling Skyrim on the correct drive first before doing anything else. Moving things like Games around manually is just asking for issues

If yes, you most likely have a mod conflict or one of your mods has corrupted data (No, Form43 is not a corruption)

This one here is most likely an LE version btw

Im more than sure the SE version of SLAL is Form44. If you have unconverted LE mods in your LO that could also cause your issue. Just because Form43 isnt necessarily causing issues doesnt mean you can just use LE mods in SE. You still have to convert meshes and animations

Possibly a silly thought, but is it possible you mistakenly downloaded the LE version of SKSE instead of SKSE64?

I know I made this kind of mistake a couple of times when transferring over from LE to SE.
