How can I hange my 'Display Name'?

When I try to change my display name, site message said that

 

'You cannot change your display name until you have 19 more approved posts.'

 

I already post 31 posts, and what's the meaning of 'approved post'?

I would say that the function has most likely been disabled even though it could be used and seen.

 

It could be however that normal users cannot change their display name.

 

You best bet is to contact the site admin here and ask him.
