Got an idea for Tattoos but haven't THE FOGGIEST CLUE how to proceed with it

What I don't quite understand, the author states his mod is now obsolete, since most functionality of it is now baseline with WW, which got me excited. 

(specifically the actual talking about cuckolding, open relationship and proposing to bulls to sleep with your spouse...)

But so far I can't find anything like that with the latest WW and everything being up-to-date. 

 

The baseline cuckolding features in WW are functional but extremely barebones. 

It's basically just a toggle and it's just *there*. 

I was hoping for a bit more interaction like his mod proposed..

It sort of does, but I only managed to unlock 2 prompts from it (on the bull, Friendly > Affection > ask to sleep with girlfriend)
And another (on the girlfriend, admit to being a cuck) <--- that one I couldn't actually find in the prompts, it was one of the random selections on first click.
When you use either, nothing really happens, though.
I was hoping for a text prompt, a reaction or a speech bubble... anything.

You don't need to specifically make the textures low res. Quite the opposite, try to use textures of at least 512, 1024, or 2048 pixels for the best in-game results.
