Looking for a mod combo for punishing amputation playthrough.

Basically I want to test the waters to see if I'd actually like such playthrough. I know of Amputator Framework, but I need something  that implements amaputation through actual gameplay.

 

Any ideas would be welcome.

Sexlab Survival has a feature to loose limbs in combat. The worst state you can be in is have both your arms chopped off below the upper arm and your legs below the knee, forcing you to crawl on your stumps. Pretty gruesome but maybe this is what you are looking for ? It uses Amputator Framework as a base but the author of Sexlab Survival has also released a Tweaked version of Amputator Framework to make it better. I believe the tweak is required for it to work in Sexlab Survival actually.. not sure though!

Is  there another mod that does what I'd want? It seems that Sexlab Survival also includes a lot of stuff I don't want, nor desire to go through the MCM to disable.

I remember some other mod that added amputation on enemy hits and when stepping into a beartrap but I´m really not sure how it´s called. I think it´s pretty outdated now aswell. I thought it was Traps,Pitfalls and Dangerous Things but that doesn´t seem to include amputation. No clue really ?
