[REQUEST] Naked equippable CBBE outfits

Hi, I want a set of outfits I can customize in BodySlide and then equip on NPCs in-game. Is there a mod for this? I remember a long time ago I had a mod where I could do this, edit the outfits BodySlide and then equip them on NPCs to give them the body I wanted.

If yer on a PC, you can use console commands to give any NPC any clothes you want?
