She seems to be preoccupied with something.... What could it be.... Spoiler: Spoiler It's probably SLS 'daydreaming'. Your character is a cum addict and has become 'hungry'. She'll also start to see cock mushrooms, naked fairy butterflies and women with cum on their face. You can turn it off in the cum menu.
