Distorted penises bug

Sorry for the terrible image quality, something broke while I took the screenshot. Anyway, I apologize if this issue has already been answered before (I did a quick search but didn’t find anything), but penises get distorted during sex scenes (flying above my character’s head). Later in te animation it just disappears completely. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? I’m terrible with computer stuff (it’s actually kind of a miracle I even got the animation to work in the first place lol).
