How to play Resident Evil as Nude Ada?

Saw someone play the game as Ada in a nude model.

 

How do I go about achieving this? I can't seem to find a mod that allows you to play as Ada, and I can't find a nude mod that makes Ada look like this. Figured if someone could help me, they'd be here.

Go to nexus mods for Resident Evil 2 Remake and look for the Ada nude mod and the one that swaps Ada to Claire model so you can play as her in Claire's campaign. That is all the spoonfeed you need.

Here are 2 Ada nude mods for RE4.
I believe there is one that switches her out for Leon, but you'll have to hunt that down. I don't have it. 
You're half way there, anyway.
The ultimate trainer on nexus could swap the main character to anyone. Try that, if it still works.

This will get you up and running. Follow these steps exactly unless you want bugs. You can do this with fluffyquack's mod manager if you have it.

 

Install "main-game-fix-for-female-models.zip", then install "ada-in-main-game-UHD.zip", then install "nude-ada.zip". 

 

If you don't have mod manager, you can just unzip the rar files and place the files in the RE4UHD directory (where the game was installed) in the BIO4 folder. Place the files in the same order as listed above. I would recommend using mod manager instead though, because if you ever want to play as Leon again it would probably require a reinstall.

Do you have the original version or the Ultimate HD Version? There is a separate version for the original.

there's only one version on steam... im guessing its the ultimate hd version?

I picked up RE4 from Steam during Thanksgiving and decided to try the mods that Blehbreh posted and it's working great for me.  I couldn't get it to work with Fluffy's mod manager though because I move 'em to the usual folder and they don't even appear in the mod list.  But I extracted the files and followed the instructions on the included html files and they're working great.

Yeah, when I went back to check on them I found that they wouldn't work in the modmanager too. I would recommend that any future users back up the files they are about to replace to avoid any problems that may come around with too much file replacement.
