One drive Caused issue with skyrim and by extension sexlab

I had gotten a new PC and one thing i didnt know is that "Microsoft Onedrive" is by default enabled and synced with my PC files. i didnt realize this until about a week later when i was told my one drive was full. so I unsynced it and i thought problem solved, but for some unknow reason it decided that because of that it needed to rename ALL my files that one drive deemed "duplicated"  to "Filename - Name of my PC" and this has lead to SKSE not being able to read said files for most games this was an easy fix I just deleted the "name of PC" part of the file and they worked fine
 but for SKSE i dont know which files need to be renamed and what number is the right one to fix. any help would be appreciated

The pic is some of the "duplicated files" i just needed to know if the numbered ones are supposed to be there like the "filename - PC Name - #"

Why don't you just reinstall SKSE?

That would be the fastest way to cut through all of that.

Wouldn't it delete my mod data though? The game is playable but mods that depend on SKSE are messing up. And I get a warning about my SKSE co-save not matching anymore as well
