ENB Recommendations to use with CoT, RLO, and ELFX? o_o

I'm looking for a HIGH PERFORMANCE ENB which works well with CoT, RLO, and ELFX.

The problem I'm encountering is that when I use those mods, which really do seem to make lighting so great in so many places, many to most building interiors become too dark (note: not blank, black screens - just very ill-lit).

I place a premium on smooth playability first, and awesome looks a close second, but unfortunately many of the very best-looking ENB's slice between 30-40 fps off my game, rendering it more or less unplayable (my rig is good - but it's not THAT good).

I have for some time kept going back to a v108 setting which I know works & leaves me with 50-60 fps in all areas, but I'd like to find something a little newer if I can that actually works with the above weather/lighting mods.

I've tried monkeying around with a v139 enbseries.ini that I like - I can *ALMOST* get it!!!, but I just can't seem to nail it - interior lighting just doesn't seem right ("daffodil yellow"). Here's an example I took earlier today while testing an upcoming mod:

Have you tried out Project, True Vision or Skyrealism Evolved ENB? They're not too dark, but not too bright either (in the case of Evolved), and they perform well even with my HD4670; most other ENBs are oriented towards those who have high-end GPUs, or that they're too damn dark or bright or the colors are all wrong.

I also have RLO loaded.

BTW, I use True Vision for 0.119, which is the last version that uses the GPU hardware directly; the succeeding versions were kind of sketchy, with emphasis on game-side AF/AA, and edge anti-aliasing leaves to be desired.
