Can you apply Baka ABC/More Critters on different Animal Meshes?

The vanilla Skyrim horse textures and meshes are horrible so I used a mod that changes their textures and meshes. Whenever I start a sex animation with them they changed to the vanilla horses and once the scene is done changed back to the new modifications again. How do I keep them as the new textures and meshes while still having the penis?
